A. REFRIGERATION *SUGGESTED

One day before serving, place the product in its original packaging in refrigeration. Once defrosted, heat according to specifications suggested.

B. AMBIENT TEMPERATURE

Without removing the product from its original packaging, place it in a container with little COLD water and leave it defrosting at room temperature. Once thawed, heat according to specifications suggested

1. Defrost according to the methods suggested in the sheet

2. Place the content on a tray and if you wish, slice the Leg or Loin to the desired thickness.

3. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 15 minutes and introduce the leg or loin between 8 to 10 minutes, this will depend on the type of oven you have at home (we suggest to heat the LEG because the oven tends to dry it out, sprinkle with juice apple or orange before introducing it or simply with water, if you wish) once the desired temperature is reached, serve.

SUGERENCIA

Para calentar la PIERNA o LOMO debido a que el horno tiende a secar la carne, rocíe con jugo de manzana, naranja o agua de filtro o, descongele solo al 80% para que se caliente con los mismos jugos de la carne

 

Una vez alcanzada la temperatura deseada, sirva y acompañe con las guarniciones de su preferencia.

1. Descongele de acuerdo a las sugerencias

2. Rebane la pierna o lomo y caliente a temperatura media por 4 minutos o hasta alcanzar la temperatura deseada.

3. Sirva

 

Para la salsa,

A) Microondas: Coloque la salsa en un recipiente de vidrio,  caliente a temperatura media por 2 minutos dependiendo la temperatura de  su horno o hasta alcanzar la temperatura deseada.

B) Baño María: Colocar la salsa descongelada en un recipiente superior al recipiente que contenga agua muy caliente y tape. Déjelo calentar en el mismo vapor hasta alcanzar la temperatura deseada.

 

Para servir: puede colocar la salsa en un bowl en mesa para servir de forma individual o vaciarla sobre la pierna o lomo.
